If you join our mailing list we store the email address you give us, and nothing else. We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, and browsing activity. We never see or store your card details: those go directly to Stripe.

We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your orders and account, send you marketing communications (with your consent), improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.

We share it only with the providers we need to run the shop: Stripe for payments, couriers for delivery, and our email provider for order messages. Our order database and our website analytics run on our own infrastructure rather than a third-party cloud service, so that data is not shared with anyone.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Contact us and we will action it. If you have joined our mailing list you can remove yourself at any time on our unsubscribe page, which deletes your address from the list outright. Removing yourself from the mailing list does not affect emails about orders you have already placed, which we have to send in order to fulfil them.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Order information is retained for a minimum of 5 years for tax and legal compliance.
